ICUPE Contributions

SUBMITTING A CONTRIBUTION TO THE CONFERENCE

Participants are encouraged to submit contributed papers on the topics of the conference. Contributions will be screened for relevance and quality. Contributed papers will be presented in poster sessions during the afternoons and will be entitled to two manuscript pages in the proceedings. Please indicate your intention to submit a contribution by checking the appropriate box on the registration form. To see the format for the presentation of the posters, click here.

Contributed papers will be entitled to two pages in the Conference Proceedings. To ensure that the proceedings are published in a timely manner, contributers are encouraged to bring soft or camera-ready copy of their manuscript to the conference. Soft copy will be accepted in Word, WordPerfect, or LaTeX. To see details of the forms in which these manuscripts are to be presented click here. This also specifices the format for camera-ready copy.

For those attending both the ICUPE and the AAPT summer meeting, submissions of similar contributions are permitted, but the ICUPE submission should be constrained by relevance to the conference themes. The difference in the audiences should also influence your presentation. The ICUPE audience will all be concerned with educational issues in physics departments at colleges and universities and will include representatives from many nations. The AAPT audience will include many high school teachers and will be largely US participants.
