Cabling Requirements for G0 Target Controls in Hall C

Conductors required from NEAR TARGET to near racks in hall: there are a total
of 6 10-pin feedthroughs on the target that have signals going over to
the electronics racks. About 45 conductors on the feedthroughs are used.
There will be a few additional signals related to interlocks and
vacuum readout, so assuming about 60 conductors is reasonable.

1) Temperature sensors (4-wire resistance measurement)
