Spin-Splitting and Metallic Behavior in GaAs 2D Hole Systems
Mansour Shayegan
(Department of Electrical Engineering, Princeton University)
Abstract: I will present our latest results on measurements
of the spin-orbit induced spin-splitting in GaAs 2D hole systems, and discuss
the relation between the spin-splitting and a metallic-like behavior that
these systems display at low temperatures.
