Homework Assignments:
On Tuesdays and Fridays, a set of homework problems is due. (See http://www.wam.umd.edu/~hjkn/Phys262/hw_assgn.html for the schedule.) Each set consists of problems from the document "Homework Problems for PHYS262, Summer 2001" which can be found at http://www2.physics.umd.edu/~hjkn/Phys262/Assgn/ . Homework solutions will be available (after the due date!) at http://www2.physics.umd.edu/~hjkn/Phys262/Soln/ .
Daily Reading Assignments:
There is a tentative daily lecture schedule found at http://www.wam.umd.edu/~hjkn/Phys262/daily.html . Unless otherwise specified, you have to read the material before you come to class to hear the lecture about it.
Use of the WebCT:
The grades for homework, quizzes, and exams will be made available in the WebCT. You are also encouraged to participate in the bulletin-board discussions on the course material including homework assignments. However, you are NOT allowed to post anything which pretends to be the solution to any homework problems.
