Usually, when you see a parking lot that’s only 10% or 20% full, the cars are all parked over at one end or the other, to be closest to a store or office or whatever. However, I recently saw cars parked in a very odd way in a parking lot: the lot was about 10% full, and the cars were all parked so as to be as far from each other as possible. I even saw some people pulling into the lot, and choosing new spaces that were as far from the other cars in the lot as they could be. Where was I?
